Once you have contacted us to make the service request and we receive your information, you will be able to make the payment by bank transfer or deposit.

Yes, the minimum number of units we receive to prepare is 15 units.

The maximum dimensions we receive per item are those of a microwave oven and 25kg bags of pet food.

If you wish, we are able to store all or part of your products in our facilities and send them to the warehouses of Amazon, Mercado Libre or to your final customer when you wish.

The warehousing service has an additional cost and is charged according to the volume of your merchandise.

We have the knowledge and ability to receive almost any product. The only products we cannot receive are those cataloged as dangerous according to Amazon and Mercado Libre policies, such as explosive substances, toxic gas, dangerous substances when wet, infectious substances, radioactive material and substances susceptible to spontaneous combustion.

Security is one of our main priorities, so our facilities are monitored by security cameras 24 hours a day, it is handled only by authorized personnel and additionally we have insurance in case of an emergency.

No. Shipping costs from our facilities to the warehouses of Amazon, Mercado Libre or your end customer is not included in the prices of our services. The shipping of your products can be quoted from your Amazon Seller Central account or with your trusted supplier.

Yes, we will notify you as soon as we receive your product. We will also notify you if we encounter any problems during the inspection or processing of your order.

We will process your order within 2 business days (Monday through Saturday). We do not usually work on Sundays unless there are special circumstances or a large shipment. All this with previous agreement with the customer.

Yes, when we have finished the packaging process we will provide you with all the necessary information (sizes and weight) for you to be able of generating your shipping labels. Then you share the PDF document of your label and send them back to us to arrange your shipment.

Remember that you have 7 calendar days of free storage.

Yes, in case you need an invoice, we only need your fiscal data to generate it and we will send it to you by mail.

Yes, we have a privacy and non-compete agreement. We will never compete with you or share your business information with anyone else.
