For sellers on Amazon FBA and Mercado Libre FULL, we prep products to the requirements each marketplace sets.
If you handle the shipping side of your own sales — FBM, standard Mercado Libre or your own store — we prep your products to your specification instead.
Turnaround
We process your order within 2 business days at most. We notify you when your product arrives, and again if we find any problem during inspection.
Amazon US
Since 1 January 2026, Amazon no longer labels or bags products at its US fulfillment centers: every unit has to arrive ready. We prep your inventory for Amazon.com with FNSKU labelling, polybagging and bundles, so it is checked in without rejections.
Imports
We receive goods from any origin, including containers arriving straight from China. We check everything against your purchase order on arrival and report any discrepancy before we start prepping.
