Do you prep inventory for Amazon US?
Yes. Since 1 January 2026, Amazon no longer labels or bags products at its US fulfillment centers: every unit has to arrive ready. We handle the FNSKU labelling, polybagging and bundles so your shipment to Amazon.com is checked in without rejections.
Do you ship orders the same day?
Yes. In fulfillment, orders we receive before 1:00 p.m. ship the same day.
How long will my order take to process?
We process your order within 2 business days at the latest. Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00, and Saturday, 9:00 to 13:00.
Is there a minimum number of units you will prep?
Yes. The minimum we accept for prep is 15 units.
How do I hire your services?
Once you have contacted us to request the service and we have your details, you can pay by bank transfer or bank deposit.
