These apply to the services of DEVOLADA Prep Center and DEVOLADA Delivery.

Relevant information

It is a necessary requirement for acquiring the services offered on this site that you read and accept the following Terms and Conditions set out below. Use of our services will imply that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Use in this document. All services offered by our website may be created, charged, sent or presented by a third-party website, and in that case they would be subject to that party’s own Terms and Conditions. To acquire a service, the user must register, entering personal data and accurate details of the package or packages to be delivered.

All purchases and transactions carried out through this website are subject to a process of confirmation and verification, which may include verification of the availability of the service, validation of the payment method, validation of the invoice (where one exists) and compliance with the conditions required by the selected payment method. In some cases, verification by email may be required.

The prices of the services offered on this Website are valid only for purchases made on this website.

DEVOLADA Prep Center, through its website, grants a specific authorisation for a defined period of time for users to use the services for the purpose of obtaining accreditation, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions described in this document.

At no time shall this company be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising from the use of, or the inability to use, our services.

Refunds and Warranty

Once the requested service has been completed, we do not issue refunds after the results have been sent; it is your responsibility to understand the service before requesting it. We ask that you read carefully before requesting it. We make exceptions to this rule only where the description does not match the service provided. There are some services that may carry a warranty and the possibility of a refund, but this will be specified when purchasing the service and/or product. In such cases the warranty will only take effect where the fault is proven to be attributable to DEVOLADA Prep Center and/or DEVOLADA Delivery, provided that the user has followed and complied with all instructions properly and in good time for the purchase and performance of the service. The warranty does not cover liability and/or a refund for a missed delivery appointment, if the user booked the delivery appointment earlier than the 4 business days indicated and/or for reasons attributable to the courier service chosen by the user to send their products to the designated DEVOLADA Delivery premises. The terms of the warranty relate to faults occurring on the part of the DEVOLADA Delivery service, where the user has followed all instructions clearly and completely for the acquisition and performance of the service.
